國(guó)防部：菲方賣慘博同情是不會(huì)得逞的

　　記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，菲防長(zhǎng)近日稱，中方如希望緩解地區(qū)緊張和不穩(wěn)定局勢(shì)，應(yīng)撤出菲“專屬經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的非法存在”。菲海警發(fā)言人稱，中方巨大的海警船攻擊菲方弱小的海警船，這些恐嚇行為和散布的錯(cuò)誤信息旨在阻止菲漁民活動(dòng)。請(qǐng)問(wèn)對(duì)此有何評(píng)論?

　　Question: According to media reports, the Philippine Defense Minister recently said that if the Chinese side hopes to decelerate tensions and stabilize the region, it should withdraw its illegal presence from the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines. The spokesperson of the Philippine Coast Guard said that the giant vessels of China’s Coast Guard attacked the small vessels of the Philippine Coast Guard, and that these acts of intimidation and spreading of misinformation aim at hindering the activities of the Philippine fishermen. What’s your comment on this?

　　張曉剛：中國(guó)對(duì)南海諸島及其附近海域擁有無(wú)可爭(zhēng)辯的主權(quán)。中菲海上爭(zhēng)議不是誰(shuí)大誰(shuí)小的問(wèn)題，而是孰是孰非的問(wèn)題。菲方一再組織海警船和漁船侵犯中方領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益，危害南海和平穩(wěn)定，妄圖扮可憐相賣慘博同情，混淆國(guó)際視聽，這是一定不會(huì)得逞的。中方奉勸菲方立即改弦更張，回到同中方通過(guò)談判協(xié)商解決問(wèn)題的正確軌道上來(lái)。

　　Zhang Xiaogang: China has indisputable sovereignty over Nanhai Zhudao and and its adjacent waters. The maritime disputes between China and the Philippines have nothing to do with the size of countries. Rather, it is the merits of fact that matter. The Philippine side repeatedly organized its coast guard vessels and fishing boats to violate China’s territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests, and undermine peace and stability in the South China Sea, while playing victim to elicit sympathy from and cause confusion in the international community. This will never work. We urge the Philippine side to change course, and return to the right track of resolving issues through negotiation and consultation.
